Our Success Model

Students will be paired with a financial counselor/success coach provided by Lifelines Counseling Services and establish a savings goal of $500 per scholastic year. During this year, the student will meet with their success coach on a regular basis to receive financial coaching catered to them along with college and workforce readiness training. Each scholastic year their savings will be matched 8:1. If they save the full $500 through routine deposits into a designated savings account, they can earn $4000. This $4500 can be used towards tuition, fees, room and board, and unmet needs where other federal funding can fall short.

We plan to launch a high school ambassador program for incoming juniors by Summer 2023. The goal of this cohort is to show how effective a matched savings program paired with financial education and success coaching can be for our students.
